Organomation PICO Nitrogen Generator

The Organomation PICO (N2 PICO Series) is a compact and high-performance nitrogen generator based on PSA Fast Purity technology, designed for applications requiring flexible purity control and stable nitrogen supply.

The system includes an oxygen analyzer and pressure regulator, enabling real-time purity monitoring. Its integrated tank eliminates the need for a buffer vessel, combining storage and delivery in one unit.

The generator automatically switches to energy-saving standby mode when production exceeds consumption. An air quality analyzer (humidity and oil particles) protects system performance and gas quality.

The system supports digital control and integration via MODBUS, MQTT, and HTTP, with an optional E941 food-grade configuration.
