Organomation FLO Nitrogen Generator

The Organomation FLO (N2 FLO Series) is an advanced nitrogen generator based on PSA technology, designed for applications requiring flexible purity control and continuous operation.

The system includes an oxygen analyzer and pressure regulator, enabling real-time nitrogen purity monitoring. Thanks to its integrated storage tank, no external buffer is required – one vessel serves both as buffer and supply reservoir.

The generator automatically switches to energy-saving standby mode when production exceeds demand. An air quality analyzer (humidity and oil particles) ensures protection of the system and gas purity.

The unit supports digital control and integration via MODBUS, MQTT, and HTTP protocols. An optional E941 food-grade configuration is available.
