Founded in 1986, the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) is a professional, scientific organization of approximately 7,000 individual members and over 10,000 actively participating stakeholders employed in academia, industry, government, and other pharmaceutical science related research institutes worldwide.

Journals
AAPS journals publish articles covering the breadth of pharmaceutical science, including complementary disciplines like chemistry, biology, and engineering.
AAPS Open is AAPS’ first fully open access journal. It is freely available worldwide, and the author retains copyright. Other AAPS journals include The AAPS Journal, AAPS PharmSciTech, and Pharmaceutical Research. These are available with AAPS membership or through institutional access.
