AAPS 2025 PHARMSCI 360

We look forward to seeing you at the 2025 PharmSci 360 held on November 9-12, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas!

AAPS is the convener of the pharmaceutical science community, bringing together thousands of scientists from across the world and the drug development process. For them, PharmSci 360 combines all the energy of a large scientific conference with the intimacy of a small niche meeting because of its unique programming structure.

PharmSci 360 is built on five tracks that cover the pharmaceutical development process. Scientists attending the meeting report that they build their schedule to solve their problems, and may attend programming in only one track or all of them!

Submit programming

The scientists volunteering on the Scientific Programming Committee, Rapid Fire Committee, and Professional Advancement Advisory Committee invite you to propose a session for the 2025 PharmSci 360, which will take place in person, November 9-12, 2025, in San Antonio, TX.

Submit a proposal for one or more of the following session types:

  • 30-minute Scientific Symposium Presentation: A two-hour session consisting of four 30-minute presentations connected by a theme. Submitters propose one 30-minute presentation at a time and may submit as many 30-minute presentation proposals as they like.  The Scientific Programming Committee will select and assemble submissions for the program. All speakers are subject to approval by the PharmSci 360 Scientific Programming Committee.
  • Professional Advancement Session: A one-hour session that focuses on helping scientists navigate the business of science. Creative delivery formats, including skill-building activities and hands-on experiences, are encouraged.
  • Hot Topics: A one-hour session focused on the latest science and innovation in a field, discussing its pain points and challenges. Hot Topic sessions may be delivered as a symposium, discussion panel, roundtable, debate, case study, or other format that explores the topic in depth.
  • Speaker Spotlight: A one-hour, intimate conversation with 1 speaker where the speaker goes in greater depth about a topic. Session takes place on exhibit hall floor.
  • Rapid Fire: A 10-minute scientific presentation followed by 3 minutes of Q&A. ATTENTION: The deadline for submitting a Rapid Fire proposal is 5pm ET, June 13.

With the exception of Hot Topics, all program proposals must align with one of the meeting's tracks and track-level themes.
