You will coordinate team activities such as locking down project definition and review designs with technical leads.&nbsp; You will be responsible for the overall project execution of the development of new products or enhancement of existing products, including planning, budgeting and issue resolution.<h4>Your main responsibilities will be</h4><ul><li>Provide project leadership and support to New Product Development and Product Revision programs.</li><li>Build out development project plans according to the Agilent Product Lifecycle. This will include investigation, prototyping, implementation and working with the manufacturing arm of Agilent.</li><li>Synthesize timelines and budgets with inputs from the team, decide on the number of prototypes and their expected use between groups during the development project.</li><li>Build out and maintain detailed risk registers with mitigation approaches.</li><li>Run regular Cross Functional Team meetings, and technical reviews, following up with team members and coordinating/driving progress.</li><li>Maintain project documentation with appropriate approvals throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul><h4>The successful candidate should</h4><ul><li>Be able to grasp new detailed technical concepts and work through issues with specialists.</li><li>Be an effective communicator to different levels and across geographies in the organization.</li><li>Have demonstrated experience as an individual contributor in preferably HW, or embedded SW development for high technology/complexity products.</li><li>Be able to solve problems themselves, or by to getting the right people 'in the room'.</li><li>Be able to link out to the wider Agilent organisation: Marketing, Sales, Field support, learning products, Production, Quality, Regulatory.</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.</li><li>Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.</li><li>Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job as a R&amp;D or NPI project manager, and/or individual technical contributor.</li><li>Experience of Project Lifecycle Management an advantage</li><li>Hardware or embedded software development experience.</li><li>The role is in scientific instrument design and manufacture, specifically Raman spectroscopy. <h3>QC ANALYST CUSTOM PREPARATION</h3>
<h4>The role and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Working within the custom preparation QC team supporting cGMP chemistry manufacturing through analysis of Raw materials, intermediates, final products and reaction profiling. 
</li>
<li>Analysis is required over a wide range of techniques, including HPLC – (area%; assays; MS); GC – (area%; solvents); standard pharmacopoeia methodology (FTIR, NMR, XRPD and Karl Fischer etc.). 
</li>
<li>The role works a four on four off shift pattern, on a 7-7 day basis, allowing full support to the GMP laboratories who work on the same basis.
</li>
<li>As part of the wider integrated team the role is integral to ensuring that Aptuit produce work of the highest quality. 
</li>
<li>Experience in carrying out the following analytical techniques is essential to this role: HPLC – (area%; assays); GC – (area%); standard pharmacopoeia methodology at an intermediate level (NMR and Karl Fischer etc.).
</li>
<li>Experience in a method development environment would be an advantage.
