Agilent Technologies: Using OpenLab to Enhance the Empower Experience

The OpenLab suite of products has many tools designed to help laboratories running Waters Empower software to enhance the overall laboratories data management experience.

In addition the seminar will explore how OpenLab can provide enhanced data analytics and laboratory utilization from Empower controlled instruments as well as other instruments in the laboratory.

OpenLab also can provide users with simplified workflows and an updated modern UI with full instrument control of Waters Acquity and Alliance along with Agilent HPLC, GC, GCMS and LCMS systems.

With the flexibility to use industry standard tools such as SQL Server, AWS, Azure and web clients OpenLab can easily fit into your ideal IT infrastructure standards.

Presenter: Marc Mandelbaum (Informatics Product Specialist, Agilent Technologies, Inc.)

Marc started his career at Hewlett Packard a instrument service Engineer. While at HP and Agilent he has held positions in Applications Engineering, Project Management and sales. Marc has spent the majority of his career in the Area of Informatics including Scientific Data Management Systems, LIMS, ELN and CDS.

Mike Ratto has been with Agilent for over 28 years as a field representative for both hardware and software products. In his current role as an Informatics Application Specialist, Mike presents technical solutions of OpenLab family of products to customers all over the world.
