Andy has been at Waters for over 30 years (he says he joined aged 4) in technical chromatography and software-based roles in Northern Europe.
Prior to joining Waters Andy worked in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of Neuroscience Research.
He obtained a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool.
