Explore Tools to Facilitate Non-Target Data Comparison for Sample Sets

The types of samples that are analyzed in aroma, flavor, and fragrance work can often be quite complex, and powerful analytical tools, like comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC) with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TOFMS), are useful to uncover more chemical information about these samples. 

The application of advanced data analysis tools can also help to interpret and understand this rich and complex data. Many of the analysis goals for these sample types involve non-targeted data analysis and sample comparisons, and LECO has a variety of software tools that can support these types of tasks, including ChromaTOF, ChromaTOF Tile, and ChromaTOF Sync 2D. This webinar will discuss some of the key characteristics of each software tool, their complementary nature, and proof-of-concept application examples of the various options.
