Modern regulations put emphasis on analytical methods that are capable of separating critical analyte pairs for identification and quantitation. To meet experimental separation goals and exceed regulatory requirements, new gas chromatography (GC) column selectivities are now essential. In this webinar, Dr. Ramkumar Dhandapani will explore advances in GC column selectivity and provide method development tips to help solve challenging chromatographic problems. Presenter: Ramkumar Dhandapani, Ph.D. (Global product manager of gas chromatography, Phenomenex)

Dr. Ramkumar Dhandapani has been in the chromatographyindustry for over 15 years with hands-on and troubleshooting experience. He earnta masters and Ph.D. degree in analytical chemistry from Seton Hall University,with specialization in microextractions, multidimensional gas chromatographyand tandem mass spec techniques. He has developed and validated severalregulatory-compliant methods for the pharmaceutical, food, fuel, and environmentalindustries, as well as incorporated method improvement and troubleshootingacross a range of GC techniques. Dr. Dhandapani joined Phenomenex in 2014 andserves as the global product manager of gas chromatography at Phenomenex. Inaddition to managing the GC product line, Dr. Dhandapani presents oninnovations in gas chromatography at various chromatography conferences.
