Attendees will see how currently available automated synthesis equipment can provide major time savings, improve workflow productivity, and enable you to complete more projects.

This webinar compares automated synthesis workflow using modern lab equipment such as a microwave reactor, flash chromatography system, recyclable reaction work-up tools, and a high-speed solvent evaporator to a manual workflow using hot plates or refluxing, glass column chromatography and rotary evaporators.

Both a general comparison and a real synthetic workflow are presented.

Presenter: Bob Bickler (Senior Technical Specialist, Biotage)

Bob Bickler is the Senior Technical Specialist at Biotage and has over 45 years of chromatography experience. During his career, he has worked for Whatman, YMC, Waters, and for the past 25 years at Biotage. Bob has designed and launched many products including Biotage SNAP columns, SP1, Isolera LS, Isolera Prime Flash System, as well as several accessories.
