GC Tips and Tricks for Column Selection and Method Improvement
Agilent Technoligies: GC Tips and Tricks for Column Selection and Method Improvement
With all the options available for GC columns, how do you choose what’s best? We take a look at the steps involved and questions that should be asked in choosing the GC column that is best for our application.
This involves not only an overview of stationary phases but what can be gained or perhaps lost when we manipulate things like film thickness, internal diameter, and length of columns. If making these column changes, we need to look at necessary method changes and tools available to help. Making better decisions to solve unique challenges is what we aim to accomplish.
