Ms Lotus Saw, graduated with Master in Science from University of Science Malaysia. She is currently a regional GCMSD Solutions Development Manager in Agilent Technologies.
Lotus began her career as a Chemist, responsible for method development and method validation by GC and GC/MS in the environmental laboratory industry. She moved on as a Chromatography Product Specialist, responsible for pre-sales and post-sales activities for GC, quadrupole GC/MS and sample introduction systems. Prior to joining Agilent, she was a Product Manager responsible for business development in SEA.

Ian Sik joined Agilent Technologies in 2007 as an applications chemist to support Agilent’s growing Chromatography and MS customers base in Malaysia. In 2011, he became a member of the Regional Technical Support team under the Chemistries and Supplies division (consumables) whose task is to manage the growing consumable business of the aftermarket sales & support in South Asia Pacific Korea and Japan. Prior to joining Agilent, he worked as a research officer in a research institute for several years specializing in natural products chemistries research.

Dr. Zhang Yufeng is an Application Scientist supporting Agilent GC and GCMS product. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry from the National University of Singapore. She has accumulated a diverse background of work experience being based in China and Singapore since 2013. With over 10 years’ research and work experience covering a wide range of applications based on GC and GCMS, her focus is food and environmental analysis in recent years.
