The Role

The successful applicants will receive training and support in the technical components and procedures of the role and a wide variety of laboratory processes associated with working in a modern laboratory.

About the role

The day to day

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and performing laboratory testing

• Preparing analytical reports.

• Demonstrating eagerness to learn and willingness to take on additional tasks as directed.

• Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

• Diligently following safety standards, testing methods and quality processes.

The Essentials

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated work experience in a similar discipline (including TAFE certificates and diplomas).

• Worked in a similar production laboratory environment.

• A positive work attitude, a willingness to learn new skills and be a great team player.

• Confident communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to reorganise priorities quickly.

• Diligence in dealing with data and details and intermediate knowledge of MS applications.
