Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Representative with the territory assigned to Bolzano, Trento and Verona provinces, but the candidate may live either in Veneto region or in Brescia province. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving Agilent Technologies’ core Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry and Spectroscopy solutions and developing professional sales relationships with our customers.
As an integral member of the Agilent Sales team, you will work to deliver customer centric solutions, focus on developing new business and develop relationships to expand Agilent’s footprint with our extensive portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Developing customer relationships managing accounts assuring Agilent is recognized as strategic partner and sales targets are met.
Collaborating with customers to help understand needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries with focus to create newly value-added business opportunities.
Sales quota responsibility within assigned accounts.
Primary point of contact representing Agilent at assigned accounts.
Leading projects that require coordinating with a cross-functional team.
You will work alongside a diverse team of sales professionals such as Product Specialists and Application Engineers to develop and implement successful strategies and tactics to sell Agilent instrumentation solutions in a very driven marketplace.

Qualifications
University degree (BS/MS) in Chemistry, Biochemistry or secondary school related discipline
Direct sales experience is a plus
Working knowledge with Laboratory Techniques in particular Chromatography, Spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry.
Strong business development and sales/closing skills
Available for up to 50% business travel
Native Italian language and high level of English skills
High level of energy, drive and result focus. Demonstrated team working skills
