Applications Manager – Mass Spectrometry

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Chemists focused on small molecule method development using novel mass spec instrumentation
- Run lab operations and assist with instrument demos for new and existing customers
- Collaborate with engineers and research scientists to develop new applications and hardware
- Write SOPs / technical notes
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of a MSc. in Analytical Chemistry (or related field); PhD preferred
- 5 years of industry experience with method development on Mass Spec instrumentation
- At least 1 year of experience managing direct reports
- Ability to multi-task: must be able to manage others while also remaining hands on
- Excellent communication and organization skills
