Field Service Engineer – Lab Equipment
Great opportunity for a Field Service Engineer who loves to travel and work with customers! We are currently looking for a Service Engineer in the Western US region covering California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Alaska, and Idaho. The primary focus of this position will be the repair, maintenance, installation, and support of a variety of lab equipment and instrumentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot electromechanical lab equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer support by providing customers with training and technical support for installed instruments / equipment
- Document and report all repairs, product failures, design change recommendations, and other paperwork in a timely fashion
- Maintain knowledge of current technology and applications
Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years working as a Field Service Engineer
- Electromechanical aptitude, with a thorough and logical troubleshooting style
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to keep cool under pressure
- Must enjoy travel and fieldwork. Average 3 nights/week away
Salary:
- $70-85K annual salary + annual bonus
