Repair Center Technician
Overview
To support the expansion of our Beijing Repair Center and the growing demand for Certified Pre-Owned instrument services across China, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. This role will report directly to the Repair Center Manager and be based full-time at our Beijing repair center, playing a critical part in elevating service standards and operational efficiency for our CPO (certified pre-owned) program.
Responsibilities
- Provide Depot repair service, maintenance and parts rework development
- Maintain high focus on repair center process and product quality
- Prepare reports, logs and documentation of repair center activities
- Maintain parts planning, ordering, and other materials needed for routine work
- Document servicing work in progress, process refined, and other necessary tracking paperwork; submits required paperwork on a timely basis to supervisors or other departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related STEM field preferred; priority given to candidates with experience
- operating/maintaining Waters LC-MS or equivalent instruments
- Strong written and reading English skills
- Good teamwork and ability to work under pressure
