Job Description
As a Senior Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality and production data. You will generate and analyze data related to performance indicators such as customer complaints, nonconformances, and cost of poor quality, transforming complex datasets into clear insights, reports, and forecasts that enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, determine root causes, and improve processes. You will maintain high standards of data integrity, including ownership of product master data, ensuring compliance and minimizing operational risk. You will also enhance and standardize data processes, embedding best practices into daily operations and ensuring sustainability of improvements.
You will play a key role in driving digital innovation by integrating advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools into standard work. You will actively identify opportunities to increase digital productivity, streamline workflows, and modernize reporting and analysis capabilities. By leveraging technologies such as Power BI and programming tools, you will help transform traditional processes into scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to interface effectively with internal teams. You'll help establish and maintain quality standards while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
