Responsibilities:
- Drive, champion, and promote quality practices and behaviours across the department and site.
- Efficiently manage, plan, and implement the progress of products under test within the QC department.
- Lead and develop staff to a high level of proficiency and performance by setting clear expectations, providing timely feedback, and mentoring for continuous improvement.
- Proactively inform collaborators of concerns identified during QC testing or review.
- Ensure audit readiness within the team by maintaining accurate training records.
- Maintain quality standards by raising incident/CAPA investigations and leading OOS (out of specification) investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement through PPI to deliver flawless performance.
- Foster a safety culture to ensure all team members act safely at work every day.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Degree in a Biological Science or equivalent experience
- Significant laboratory experience, ideally with a Quality Control testing background
- Experience using SAP, Quality Management Systems, and MS Office software packages
Preferred Experience:

- Effective in technical troubleshooting through root cause analysis.
