A day in the Life:
- Complete crucial tasks in R&D or clinical batches with precision.
- Coordinate field activities and support technicians during laboratory stages.
- Develop techniques and processes for project execution.
Keys to Success:
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Confirmed expertise in purification techniques like chromatography and filtration.
Education
- A Biology, Biotechnology, or Bioengineering degree at the Bachelor's level or corresponding practical experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in the mentioned areas or the corresponding work background.
Experience
- 1-3 years of meaningful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in GLP/GMP, GDP, and quality system implementation.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Technical proficiency and creativity.
- Initiative and critical thinking.
- Strong writing and oral expression skills.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Work under sterile conditions and in BL2 environments. Carry out rigorously to safety and biosafety standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment at all times.
