GC Application Engineer
- Provide technical and scientific expertise to support sales account managers and product specialists, focusing on applications and technical support.
- Participate in the sales process from deal qualification to closure, owning the technical closure of deals.
- Analyze customer requirements, recommend solutions, and contribute to account planning and technical sales strategies.
- Conduct product demos, technical seminars, and training sessions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive strategies, identify Agilent's advantages, and support sales targets.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to influence product design and writing application briefs.
- Support pre-launch strategies for new products and contribute to recognized scientific forums.
- Ensure compliance with Agilent’s credentialing requirements for customer site access.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications or licenses are a plus.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in GC and petrochemical industry applications.
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering technical seminars and training.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
