Sales Representative
You will be part of CMD (Chromatography and Mass Spec Division) of the Thermo Fisher Scientific Korea. In this role you will proactively manage accounts and focus on selling the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments into Academy/Government/Testing Lab market in South Korea.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be proactively developed sales opportunities and successfully implement and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quota targets within the territory.
- Responsible for developing customer relationships and maintaining their satisfaction
- Provide prompt response to all customer requests
- Identify market trends and customer needs and implement optimum solutions in order to generate new business
- Work with product specialist, application scientists and service engineers to develop and win sales opportunities
- Conduct basic product demos and reviews with customers
- Develop new customers and new opportunities proactively and independently
- Work collaboratively with all our Thermo product and service representatives as a One team
- Apply sales strategy and market management plan by application
- Update and report SFDC/CPQ regularly, expense report and other required business report
- Work on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, physics or equivalent.
- Sales representative with 3+ years of experience; Chromatography and/or Mass Spectrometry instruments.
- Experience and knowledge on Chromatography, Spectroscopy and Mass are preferred.
- Ability to prioritize activities that achieve sales goals, good time and territory leadership skills.
- Good digital literacy with proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel both by ground and air carrier
- Good communication skill with customers and colleagues
