The dean of the Faculty of Chemistry, Brno University of Technology is opening a position of Academic/Research assistant – academic research assistant,
in the field of Analytical Chemistry, full time job (40 hrs. /week), affiliated at the Institute of Chemistry and Technology of Environmental protection.

ACADEMIC/RESEARCH ASSISTANT IN THE FIELD OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY

Job description

  • Scientific, pedagogical and popularization activities in the field of Analytical Chemistry

  • Conducting basic and applied research in this field and publishing articles

  • Training of students in bachelor's, master's and doctoral study programs

  • Supervising of the final student’s theses

  • Participating in the grant funds, the research activities

Requirements

  • Ph.D. of Analytical Chemistry, in accordance with Czech legislation, or its recognition based on bilateral agreements

  • Ability to work independently at scientific work

  • Active publication activity

  • Fluent in Czech with excellent communication and written skills in English

  • Criminal and moral integrity
