MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Description
Position Summary:
Troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment (both mechanical and electronically controlled).
Aide in continuous improvement of production and developing concept ideas and designs.
This position offers a $5,000 signing bonus.
Schedule:
- Full Time: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday, Overtime as required
Position Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical control systems and equipment
Develop continuous process improvement strategies, ideas, and concepts
Specify and design new equipment along with retrofitting existing equipment
Aide in the standardization of controls and equipment
Evaluate, develop, and complete periodic maintenance task per the manufacturers and LECO’s requirements
Position Requirements:
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Climbing and Walking
A Valid Drivers License
Computer Literate (Primarily Microsoft Office)
Programmable Logic Controller Experience
Natural Gas Control Systems preferred
Welding Experience preferred
Skilled use of hand tools
Knowledge of safety related practices and procedures
Education/Certifications:
- Maintenance related work experience
