SALES MANAGER DACH (M/F/D)
As of now we are looking in full-time for our office in Ettlingen for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) DACH
Responsibilities
You lead and manage the sales and customer service team for optical spectroscopy in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
You analyze, develop, and control the short- and long-term corporate and team-specific goals, while defining tailor-made strategies for achieving them.
You are responsible for the implementation of operational planning and control systems, ensuring the adherence to operational and performance goals, considering the business indicators.
You monitor the sales, operational, and financial results and ensure their achievement based on the established performance goals.
You act as a point of contact for key customers, business partners, and professional associations for the entire Bruker Optics portfolio.
Qualifications
High level technical expertise, as well as several years of experience in sales and/ or management in optical spectroscopy (FT-IR, Raman and/or NIR) or closely related markets.
Excellent leadership skills, management experience and the ability to enable sales staff to excellent performance
Solid knowledge in business economics and operations.
Result-oriented and creative in addition to having strong business-development skills.
Your exceptional communication skills, to interact with clients, staff and senior management
Languages: native-level German proficiency, and fluent English
Desireable: Experience in handling Salesforce (SFDC).
