EuChemS (European Chemical Society): Euroanalysis 2025

Welcome to the next Euroanalysis 2025 in Barcelona, a forum to share knowledge and experience, a think tank and a place to promote Analytical Chemistry networking.

The motto of the conference will be Analytics 5.0: answering societal challenges. As we all know, the current analytical knowledge has broken through many technological and methodological barriers and it is now the responsibility of our analytical community to put all this progress at the service of the sustainable development goals that society demands. By using green methodologies and technologies, ranging from the smallest smart sensors to multimodal and high throughput techniques, the Analytics 5.0 framework will contribute to the improvement of health and well-being, the responsible production based on industry innovation and the care for the environment and the protection of ecosystems. Achieving these goals in the near future could not be done without the committed engagement of young researchers and it is also the intention of Euroanalysis 2025 to give an active role to the newest members of our scientific field.

In this venture, we are very grateful for the support provided by the Catalan Chemical Society (SCQ), a scientific institution actively involved in many events promoted by the EuChemS. We also thank a large number of research centres, societies, companies and industrial consortia, who have seen the possibility to host Euroanalysis in Barcelona as an excellent scientific initiative for their communities. We are also very pleased to announce that the Spanish Society of Chromatography and Related Techniques (SECYTA) will incorporate the XXIV Edition of its annual Meeting within Euroanalysis 2025.

We trust that Euroanalysis 2025 will be the starting point of fruitful scientific collaborations and a great event to promote cutting-edge analytical knowledge and interdisciplinary scientific challenges and opportunities.
