Česká společnost pro hmotnostní spektrometrii (ČSHS)

From September 29October 1, 2022 in Prague at the National Library of Technology.

Registration and abstract submission deadlines are August 29.

Conference is co-organized together with the Proteomic section of CSBMB as an international meeting in English language.

The invitation to give plenary lecture was accepted by:

  • Karl Mechtler (Research Institute of Molecular Pathology, Vienna)
  • Carlos Cordeiro (Universidade de Lisboa)
  • Berndt Wollscheid (ETH Zurich).

The 16th Central and Eastern European Proteomic Conference is organized in cooperation with EuPA.

The best student presentations will be selected at the conference. EuPA will support winning authors to attend the 17th Annual Congress of the European Proteomics Association in 2023 (EuPA 2023). All MSc and PhD students with a poster or oral presentation are eligible for the EuPA Travel Grant and will be contacted by the organizers via email after the acceptation of their abstracts.

To register, please fill the registration form. Thanks to support of the sponsors, the conference is free of registration fee for the members of CzechMS and ČSBMB. The conference registration fee for nonmembers is EUR 100 (EUR 50 for students).

Conference abstract can be submitted after the registration is completed (and registration email confirmed). Talks (20 minutes), student short talks and posters are offered as conference contribution options. The best student short talk will be awarded a conference prize.

The Zdenek Herman Prize (awarded by Resonance Foundation) and Josef Chmelik Award (awarded by Proteomics section) will be presented during the conference.
