Keynote Events

Kick off your Chicago or ACS Fall 2026 Digital Meeting experience with a celebration of excellence at the ACS Board of Directors Open Meeting and ChemLuminary Awards on Sunday. Then, be inspired by trailblazing scientists during the Kavli Foundation Lecture Series on Monday and Tuesday.

Join the ACS Board of Directors Open Meeting, as they host the 2026 ChemLuminary Awards. Current ACS President, Rigoberto Hernandez, and ACS President-Elect, Christina Bodurow, will be announcing and delivering the awards selected by the ACS Divisions and Committees.

Following this event, attendees are invited to join us at the ACS Connect Reception from 6:30-8:30 PM for an evening of food, fun, and dancing.
