Features

The Infinity XE 60 Series from Peak Scientific delivers a robust and scalable nitrogen generation solution tailored for modern laboratories. Designed for high performance, these membrane nitrogen generators are capable of producing between 10 and 500 L/min of high-purity nitrogen, efficiently supporting multiple laboratory instruments simultaneously.

The XE 60 series offers labs a cost-effective alternative to traditional gas cylinders, housed in a compact, space-saving design. Central to its performance is the Intelligent Membrane Management (IMM) system, which intelligently adapts compressed air usage based on nitrogen purity, inlet pressure, and flow demand. This not only ensures operational efficiency but also significantly reduces energy consumption and overall carbon footprint.

The system supports variable nitrogen purity levels up to 99.5%, making it highly versatile for a wide range of analytical applications, including LC-MS, ELSD, NMR, FT/MS, and sample evaporators. If laboratory needs evolve, the XE 60 generator can be expanded on-site to increase nitrogen output — all within the same physical footprint.

Requiring only an external compressed air supply (meeting ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 1.4.1), the Infinity XE 60 is designed for continuous and reliable operation.
