The MD 4C is one of Vacuubrand’s most capable chemistry diaphragm pumps, designed specifically for handling large volumes of solvent vapor while maintaining exceptionally low ultimate pressures. Its advanced three-stage pumping system ensures rapid evacuation and a robust ultimate vacuum of 1.5 mbar, even with gas ballast engaged.

All wetted components are manufactured from high-resistance fluoroplastics, making the pump ideal for aggressive chemical environments. PTFE sandwich diaphragms provide outstanding service life, while the quiet, low-vibration motor ensures comfortable operation.

The MD 4C excels in demanding applications such as drying ovens, gel dryers, parallel evaporators, high-boiling solvent evaporation, and large-scale concentration tasks.
