Our talented Inside Sales teams have over the years delivered great and sustainable technical solution.</p><p>As <strong>Inside Sales Specialist</strong>, this role will have primary duty for driving Chemistry Consumables Products sales of our full range of solutions and services within the <strong>Belgian and Dutch </strong>market space. The desired candidate should be a self starter who is focused on customer success.&nbsp;</p><h4><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></h4><ul><li>Working in a matrix environment, the person will drive sales growth of Chemistry Consumables products, both objectively and collaboratively in the Belgium and Netherlands.</li><li>Identify new prospect companies within your territory and develop a strategy to engage and introduce them to the Waters consumables portfolio.</li><li>Investigate dormant accounts in order to re-stimulate growth.</li><li>Increase market share in up and coming accounts building advocacy for Waters consumable technology through customer success.</li><li>Meet daily and weekly productivity metrics (phone calls, phone attempts, e-mail etc.).</li><li>Work closely with your field sales colleagues, capital sales colleagues, business development and marketing to deliver a high degree of customer service and technical expertise.</li><li>Utilizing Waters’ internal CRM database as a tool for tracking sales activities, open opportunities and campaign follow-up initiatives..</li><li>Delivering concise and relevant reports and updates on business development initiatives.</li><li>Occasionally traveling to the specified sales territory to support customer visits, seminars, internal planning meetings etc.&nbsp;</li></ul><h4><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></h4><h5><strong>Education:</strong></h5><ul><li>Bachelors Degree, Masters, or PhD in scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry</li></ul><h5><strong>Experience:</strong></h5><ul><li>Advantageous to have experience with technical sales, particularly in Chemistry Consumables.</li><li>UPLC, Mass Spec, field sales and/or marketing is a plus</li><li>Market experience is a plus</li></ul><h5><strong>Skills:</strong></h5><ul><li>Action oriented and eager to achieve results &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Sound communication and presentation skills</li><li>Highly organized / well-prepared / time management skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener</li><li>Adaptive to a dynamic and ever-changing environment</li></ul>
